Please email, mail or fax a copy of the Veteran's SAH letter within 24 hours to the contact information below this form.
Homes for Our Troops requires that applicants be eligible and approved for the SAH grant prior to the release of an HFOT application. If you do not have an eligibility letter, but feel you will meet the SAH requirements listed on the VA's website, please submit form 26-4555 to your local VA service center. If you have already been determined eligible for the SAH grant, please contact the VA or go to the VA eBenefits portal to retrieve your letter. Once the VA renders their decision on you eligibility, please contact the Homes for Our Troops Intake Department.
