Participation & Fundraising Details:
Fundraising Required Minimum: $10,000
Fundraising Minimum Due Dates:
January 15, 2024 first HALF of fundraising minimum due
April 1, 2024 second HALF of fundraising minimum due
Guaranteed Entries Charity Runners cannot be canceled, transferred, deferred, or refunded.


Once Accepted: 
This is a multi-step process to secure a Guaranteed Bib, and these must be completed by noted deadlines in order to participate.
-Sign up through Team HFOT Registration Link – pay $50 HFOT fee to secure your place on our Team (This does not go towards fundraising minimum or BOA Boston Marathon Bib Fee)
-You will be sent an email to sign our event waiver and required to put a credit card on file to guarantee your fundraising minimum (only charged if you do not meet fundraising minimum deadlines).
-Create fundraising page on GiveNGain through provided link
-Complete registration through BOA Boston Marathon portal and pay Bib Fee ($375) to fully secure your spot on Team HFOT (link to be provided by January 4, 2024 and must be completed by February 8, 2024!)
