Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) President/CEO Brigadier General, USA (Ret) Tom Landwermeyer and future HFOT home recipient Navy LCDR John Pucillo recently joined Howie Carr on his Meet the Experts podcast to discuss HFOT’s mission.
During the conversation, Tom shares how HFOT supports severely injured post-9/11 Veterans by building and donating specially adapted custom homes nationwide at no cost to the Veteran. LCDR Pucillo provides a firsthand perspective on the challenges many injured Veterans face and discusses what receiving a specially adapted custom home through HFOT will mean for him and his family.
The episode highlights the life-changing impact of HFOT’s homes, which are designed to restore independence and help Veterans focus on their families, careers, education, and continued involvement in their communities. Tom and LCDR Pucillo also discuss the importance of the supporters, donors, volunteers, and partners who make this mission possible.
We invite you to listen to the full conversation and learn more about how HFOT is rebuilding lives through specially adapted custom homes.
